Meetings that Work

IDevice Icon Try This
  1. Form Circle with chairs (or change the environment from classroom/instruction)
  2. Have Agenda Box or Notebook in which issues or other items can be collected between meetings
  3. Use Agenda to structure meeting and make efficient use of time.  If agenda item is no longer needed skip it.
  4. First part of meeting is reserved for compliments and appreciations.  Each student has choice of give, get or pass.
  5. Participants have choice--can talk about issue or fix an issue.
  6. Focus on non-putative solutions
