How to Use Class Meetings
Meetings that Work

- Form Circle with chairs (or change the environment from classroom/instruction)
- Have Agenda Box or Notebook in which issues or other items can be collected between meetings
- Use Agenda to structure meeting and make efficient use of time. If agenda item is no longer needed skip it.
- First part of meeting is reserved for compliments and appreciations. Each student has choice of give, get or pass.
- Participants have choice--can talk about issue or fix an issue.
- Focus on non-putative solutions
