Hot and Cool Feelings
Activity
Feelings differ by degree. Hot feelings are more intense and can lead to dysfunctionality. Being able to recognize the hot feelings in ourselves and others is important. Once the hot feelings are recognized, one can move away from them and toward the cool feelings.
