The Conflict Resolution Education Connection website was developed and is maintained by Bill Warters. Bill (@bwarters on twitter) is a faculty member at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He directs and teaches in the Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution Program in the Department of Communication and in the past served as a Faculty Fellow at the university’s Office for Teaching and Learning.
