The Peace Manifesto 2025 is a follow-up to the Manifesto 2000 that was signed by 75 million people during the International Year for the Culture of Peace. There were more than a million signatures at that time in India, Nepal, Korea, Japan, Brazil and Colombia.

The Culture of Peace News Network, coordinator of the 2025 initiative, is seeking the involvement of youth worldwide in this Peace Manifesto Project 2025.  This time they are not relying on the United Nations, but rather on the extensive use of social media by young people today.

The Manifesto is quite simple:

“I’m sick and tired of the culture of war, so I give my support to the culture of peace, and I will keep spreading the word on social media until we win. I live in [your City, Country]”
