Session Description: Presenters discuss an innovative partnership among the state judiciary’s Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office, the University of Maryland School of Law’s Center for Dispute Resolution, and the Maryland State Department of Education. Maryland has introduced several school-based programs into Baltimore City Schools, such as the Daily Rap, My Baby’s Daddy family systems training, truancy mediation, and School Police conflict resolution training.
